Ordering

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Yes, sometime we are able to modify your order but only If it has not been shipped. However, once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled.

How can I track my order?

If you choose Thriftsome shipping we will update you when your order is about to be shipped and You will get a tracking code or continuous updates via email.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Please allow up to 1-7 business days for paid shipping and 1-15 business days for free shipping from your order’s delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. For external carriers you will be notified by them.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, not – Once orders are received they represent the final sales. Except the order is broken or damaged when received and was not initially stated in the product description. In that case, it can be returned or exchanged within 3 business days. 

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable. But please send us an email and we will see what we can do.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, master card and PayPal payment.

How do I know my payment information is safe?

All card payment are processed by Square Up or PayPal. These platforms are trusted by thousands of businesses and are very safe.

What is in stock (can be backordered)?

This means the item is currently available and when its out of stock, it can be backordered.

What are backorders?

Backorders mean we don’t have it in stock, but we can create the same idea if you want it. Because our pieces are one-of-one, we cannot promise that they will look exactly the same, but the concept and material can be close enough.

How long does a backorder take?

Usually 15 – 20 days, but this is dependent on the piece you order. We will update you every step of the way.

Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or promotion?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous or future purchases.
